Refund Policy

We hope you love your order, but please read the information below carefully before placing an order.

Made to Order Products

All of our products, except tapestry kits, wallpaper samples and fabric samples, are made to order. This means they are produced specifically for you once your order has been placed.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalised. Because of this, wallpaper, fabric, mugs and prints are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Tapestry Kits, Wallpaper Samples and Fabric Samples

Wallpaper samples and fabric samples may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Where possible, please include photographs of the issue.

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund. In these cases, we will also refund reasonable return postage costs.

Wallpaper and Large Orders

Wallpaper is printed to order and colour matched as a batch. For this reason, wallpaper orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.

For larger orders, we strongly recommend that measurements are carefully checked prior to ordering. We are happy to assist with quantity calculations if required.

In certain cases, and at our discretion, we may offer a limited return allowance on a maximum of one unopened roll only. Any such allowance must be agreed in writing prior to ordering and does not form part of our standard returns policy.

Any refund issued will be calculated at the discounted per-roll price paid, not the full single-roll price. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

Once order has been placed and paid for, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the production stage of your order.

Returns Process

If you believe your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Returned items must be unused (wallpaper rolls must be unopened), securely packaged and returned in perfect condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
