Delivery & Returns

We currently offer shipping to the UK, Europe, America & Canada and Australia & NZ.

U.K Delivery:
Orders up to £9.99 = £1.15 shipping
Orders from £10.00 to £49.99 = £2.70 shipping
Orders from £50.00 to £74.99 = £4.95 shipping
Orders of £75.00 and over = FREE U.K. Shipping
Except for wallpaper and fabric (see below), orders are sent either Royal Mail 2nd Class or Royal Mail Tracked 48hr (depending on the value of the items being sent) and usually delivered within 2-5 working days. 
International Delivery:
Orders up to £20.00 = £5.85 shipping
Orders from £21.00 to £49.99 = £8.00 shipping
Orders from £50.00 to £99.00 = £16.50 shipping
Orders of £100.00 and over = Europe (£25.00), America & Canada (£45.00)
For lower value orders, we ship using Royal Mail International Standard which is not tracked, and is usually delivered in 10-15 business days.

Wallpaper is sent via Parcelforce, DPD and DHL Air Express.  The total rate will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, and once dispatched,

We now also ship to Australia and NZ, and price will be calculated at checkout.



Please allow 3-4 weeks for your wallpaper to be printed.

FREE UK shipping on all wallpaper orders.

Once wallpaper is ready, it is shipped via courier in 1-4 business days. 




Please note our fabric is shipped folded or rolled.

Folded shipping costs are £6.50 for UK delivery, with FREE folded UK delivery on all orders over £75.00

Rolled fabric will be charged IN ADDITION to any order items in your basket at checkout.  This is because it require specialist courier shipping.

Shipping for fabric to U.K from £30.00, International from £45.00

Once your order is on it's way, we will send you an email with the tracking details for your parcel.



Please allow 2-6 weeks for your wallpaper or fabric to the printed (details of timescales on the product pages).

We dispatch items as soon as possible but please allow 2-5 working days for UK deliveries on items that are in stock and with standard shipping (for example fabric and wallpaper samples).

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Sometimes orders will require a signature, so please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery relies on our couriers to keep up their side of the deal too. Ongoing Covid restrictions, reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe. 

We cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred through the fault of the couriers or due to Covid.



For all international orders (outside of the United Kingdom) the recipient will be liable to pay any customs charges due. You will be contacted directly should any charges arise. As of 1st January 2021 this will also apply to all EU destinations.


 We strongly advise that you do not book tradesmen until you have the goods on site.

If you have requested a bespoke service then additional time scales / deliveries will apply due to the specifications being a tailored service. This will be confirmed when placing your order.


Exchanges and Refunds
We gladly accept exchanges* on bookmarks, greetings cards, cushions and non-limited edition art prints.
Contact us via within 14 days of delivery.
Please return items back within 30 days of delivery, for the exchange to take place. Please note that customers are responsible for paying all postage fees, so we recommend you use a tracked service.

We don't currently accept returns or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order, as we will always do your best to help you.
Unfortunately, as these items are printed to order, the following products can not be returned or exchanged, (unless they arrive damaged or defective):
  • Wallpaper
  • Fabric
  • Samples.
Therefore, we recommend that you always purchase a wallpaper or fabric sample before ordering continual lengths.

Please pay using ApplePay, PayPal or Direct Checkout where we accept all major credit and debit cards.

At this time, large wallpaper and fabric orders will be sent directly from our production partner in Lancashire (wallpaper) and Faversham (Fabric). Fabric is folded as standard. Any instruction required will be emailed to you. If you require a hard-copy please let us know and we can arrange it for you.

Depending on the size and weight your parcel may be sent via Royal Mail or Courier Service.
